Medical Equipment Rental – Terms & Conditions

1. Minimum Rental Period
Minimum rental period 30 days ka hoga. Yadi patient ki death ho jati hai, to minimum 14 days ka rent hi charge kiya jayega.

2. Security Deposit
Security deposit equipment ki total cost ke barabar liya jayega. Equipment ke loss, damage ya missing parts ki condition me yeh deposit se deduct kiya jayega.

3. Payment Terms
Equipment installation ke turant baad full payment advance me UPI ke madhyam se karna hoga.

4. Transportation Charges
Delivery aur pickup ke charges alag se lagenge. Minimum transportation charge ₹700 hoga.

5. Usage Responsibility
Patient/family ko equipment ka sahi tarike se use karna hoga.

6. Damage & Loss Policy
Equipment damage, missing ya total loss ki condition me poori bharpai patient party ko karni hogi.

7. Maintenance & Service
Repair ka responsibility patient party ki hogi.

8. Consumables / Refill Charges
Oxygen cylinder refill approx ₹235 per refill.

9. Installation & Training
Company dwara basic setup aur usage training di jayegi.

10. Hygiene & Care
Equipment sanitized condition me diya jayega.

11. Return Condition
Equipment same condition me wapas karna hoga.

12. Liability Clause
Company kisi bhi medical complication ke liye zimmedar nahi hogi.

13. Cancellation Policy
Delivery se pehle cancellation: ₹250 charge
Delivery ke baad cancellation: ₹700 minimum charge
Early return par sirf transportation charges applicable honge
